This is a Winamp Classic skin, I prefer to have a minimal skin, and decided to split the progress bar and the buttons by messing around with the skins regions.
I’ve also included a couple simple visual presets (AVS).
The MyriadBASE Suite is a follow up to my previous suite Myriad. It was inspired by the wonderful Visual Style Base by jg-visuals
Credits
The credit and creative ideas for many of the graphics, colours, and other elements belong to jg-visuals.
Permissions to release this skin have been graciously granted from jg-visuals.

A pretty basic theme. Looks like it will skin to match other themes easily and will look good in a lot of different situations. The buttons are nice, too. Your preview is compressed a bit too much.
Edit: PF is compressing the image, so never mind that part of the comment.
PS: Great use of textile, very nice notes.
