The colors work well together, looks usable.

Though the images don’t really go that well with it, minus that food, (which looks delicious).

Overall, awesome.

I have no idea whether this is hard or easy to do as I don’t custo Windows, but I can say that I think this shot is gorgeous. I love it!

I love the texture. I love that little red bar. I love the caption buttons. I love the little pixel details. I LOVE IT. It’s pixel perfection. I love the nice not-too-in-your-face indie feel. The screenshot of Animal Crossing was a perfect shot. I don’t know why.
I want you to VNC into my Windows BootCamp and do this for me. It’s awesome.

I probably could not deal with those colors for too long.I love the winamp. Sweet animation.Also i think you could have done more with the startpage. Looks too homebrew for me. Good work though man. :-D

to me this is very flat and feels like a pushed down button. hope you know what i mean. thats probably because your base colour is brighter than your accent colour. but i love how the theme matches the wallpaper and even the food fits. i also love the very simple winamp and the thing in the bottom right corner. very small and detailed pieces of work. not too sure about the brown startpage though. it kinda ruins the flow of the shot. and i wouldve loved to have seen more of that beautiful wallpaper. jared nickersons work is always great! (I know that there’s a clean version of this but i’m rating this one ;P) i’m also a big fan of the caption buttons. and thumbs up for radiohead

Good shit. Nothing to complain about but it’s not my personal favorite style.

i actually really like this. i would love to see some more colors from the wall sprinkled into the vs and other elements (icons maybe?), but everything else looks great. bernadinho touched on a great point about the base color being brighter than the accent color…i think this could be remedied with a lightening of the brown all around.

Ignore these 80’s ratings. They’re a bunch of haters, and this is awesome. Wonderful consistency, great job with the red accent (especially in the start page), very sexy caption buttons, and perfect wall. Excellent notes.

The dots on the amp controls and shutdown dialogue are funny. Not bad, just a weird detail.

I’d be curious to see a folder icon.

This is excellent. Pixel precision! Everything matches perfectly and is easy to use and read. The details on the buttons around the theme are excellent. Overall a contender and very complete effort. Also I love to see you taking riskier choices. I hope that trend continues. Top notch work here.

I’m jealous – I could never got brown to work. Always looks like shit. You pulled it, though. Glad to see something this risky, with the contrast to the wallpaper and everything.

I’m always enjoying your shots, and I’m really digging this. It’s very solid, and I think I might have to port this to Openbox again :D
