NoClick LS is what I’m using for a while now, it’s my favorite.

On-Mouse-Over:

• Top-left → system menu
• Bottom-left → regular popup
• Bottom-right → custom popup
• Middle-left → volume control
• Bottom-left-ish → tray icons

Always-On-Top:

• Taskbar icons
