i serched a way to hide the lef and right frames of a windows in win7. than i found the “hide blur” from pacmani (http://pacmani.deviantart.com/) and with this great tool it works. after that i realized what all is possible with that tool

I encourage you to take the concept further. Try some crazy concepts, like floating caption buttons, titlebars that are almost free-floating but are linked to the window by a narrow strip of pixels, and such. I could like to see how they could turn out.
