Looks pretty good. I like what you did with the scrollbar. However, I feel a little a transparency and a better mix of not so dark colors could make this visual style a lot better.

IMPORTANT!!!
YOU NEED THIS TOOL (http://pacmani.deviantart.com/art/HideBlur-Tool-for-Windows-7-137636666) TO HIDE BLUR, OTHERWISE THE STYLE WILL LOOK CRAPPY

just tested on 32-bit, but should work on 64-bit as well.
included is:
theme
msstyle
explorer.exe (top and bottom)
explorerframe.dll
INSTALLATION:
you have to patch you system: http://uxstyle.com/
Copy the beak7.theme and beak7 folder in your x:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder.

i’m not too sure on the completely transparent stripe under the caption bar, but this is a good effort otherwise.

I’m digging the floating caption bar look. Haven’t tried the style yet but will give a rating when I do. Nice work.
