I liked this one so I am posting it. I does seem a little crowded. This VS is really nice.

Modded the Shellstyle.dll to get rid of the “organize” bar. Still trying to figure out how to get rid of window titles with out using a third party program (EPC Changer) every time I take a screen shot.
