Artist Notes

Same shot, different wall here

There’s not that much custo here besides the litestep. Everything besides the windows here is done in LS. the media player slides up and down revealing some extra info and the albumart hides accordingly.

It’s nice to be back in LS, although I’m going to miss explorer more than I did for XP (Litestep + Win7superbar = secks).

Obvious inspiration from AMANA + Sona.

this looks pretty nice sang; that media player is gorgeous.

what is the window with the image thumbnails and what’s producing the controls at the top left?

@mango: you can turn the nav bar and description bar off? well fuck. and the back/forward buttons are done through a hacked file or something?

As always, thanks for the comments!

@nitz: The window is just an explorer window with the navbar and description bar turned off. The little bitty arrows on the top left of that window are the forward/back/up buttons.

@Chris: It’s a stock image from sxc that I did some post-pro on. I just posted it here on pf (along with the wall in this shot). :)

EDIT:

@nitz: Yeah, the option to hide the panels is hidden away in the menu though. I think the navbar is hidden by the explorerframe.dll (I’m using the one that comes with appows). It seems to get rid of the navbar by making the toolbar area ridiculously small – thus the small buttons.
