@nitzua: Windows Classic is drawn from GDI using just plain vectors. Not raw images like Visual styles do.
Visual styles were introduced with Windows XP. Even though the word “Theme” appears
in the Visual Styles API name (UxTheme API). The Windows XP visual style architecture is completely unrelated to themes, that is windows classic, windows standard, etc.
