props for pekwm, which requires far too much dedication for me, hah. everything is very consistent, and definitely looks way comfy, if not OMG EXCITING or whatnot. good stuff, i should give bmpanel another try

@audacious: cheers man, I definitely think that PekWM is one of the more flexible *box WMs out there (if you discount FVWM, which I’ve not tried and looks a little scary). Unfortunately, there’s nothing Litestep for *NIX. =[

In response, I’m a sucker for the “inset text” look, agree about slightly bigger active task button, agree on the music player buttons (I suck at icon modding), the stats bars don’t autohide – I attempted to find a happy medium between providing space for information and screen estate. Needs moar work. Thanks!

clean and smooth colors and feel

Looks very usable! Litestep for linux would be really cool…

this actually looks really tight. my only gripes would be the shadow on the taskbar text, the active task button itself (it would look better thicker), the buttons on the music player (match them to the rest of the shot), and the width of the stats bars in the bottom left (if they hide on hotkey, it’s not such a big deal).

This is a really solid effort. Most all elements are themed and there are a lot of things showing. Big props for that. I think the theme itself is a bit bland, however. There’s really nothing that jumps out at me, but it does look nice. Solid effort overall
