audacious nailed it. I’m really feeling the colors/strategic execution of diagonals. Composition wise this is beautiful, but this could definitely use some font matching. I’m not really feeling the Avedesk(?) icons either. Also, I don’t really see the need for two screenshots here.

Assuming that that floating taskbar thing is Rainmeter, and that the photo viewer is the only open window, I’ve gotta point out that your visual style really doesn’t jive with anything else in the composition.

No doubt this is a solid setup, just don’t forget about those little details (because that’s what really brings everything together.)

Sweet Jesus that first screenshot is just so darn good-looking. I mean YUM.
The second screenshot dulls it down a little though: your window titlebars don’t seem to match everything else! :( Also, the litle things like trying to nudge that red menu at the bottom over to the left so it’s flush with the bar (to be fair, I don’t know if that’s possible, but hey) make a lot of difference.

This is really interesting. Love the colors, but I’m not sure about the composition of your elements. Also, the caption bars don’t jive completely. Nice start and nice concept. Just would like to see it polished off a bit more in terms of composition and some details.
